We are continuing to invest in our new TOUCH software platform and have expanded our sales team ready for the next phase of the product rollout to fabricators and installers.
Monique is a new dedicated sales advisor, working alongside Nick Bailey and Louise Anderson at Business Micros and Richie Thornton and Katie Phillips at The Consultancy and Glazing Vault. Monique will be helping installers choose the right Business Micros Group product for their websites – whether that’s a Standalone version of the TOUCH Vendor lead generation and quoting tool, a Connect version linked directly to their fabricator’s upcoming TOUCH Portal software, or a Glazing Vault website product designer.
Monique will be based with Richie and Katie at our Hartlepool offices and will be available to customers online or on the phone. She has previously worked in the mortgage market, so has great experience in talking directly to customers, understanding exactly what their needs and circumstances are and then finding exactly the right solution to suit them.
She is excited about the opportunity ahead: “The ethos here of always putting the customer first suits me perfectly. There’s no hard sell – it’s all about making sure that the software fits the customer – rather than the other way around.”
